Darryl Seguin has been an educator for 18 years. Darryl has taught grades 1 - 12, served as Assistant Principal, Principal, and is currently a member of the Professional Practice Review Committee of the Alberta Teachers' Association. Darryl joined the Livingstone Range School Division in 2005. He is a facilitator for several Franklin Covey courses including the 7 Habits of Highly Effectve People, Leading at the Speed of Trust as well as Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results. Some responsibilities include teaching assignments, budget, timetabling, school council, staff meetings, professional growth plans, student suspensions, reporting to Central Office, and overseeing school improvement plans.
Current school improvement goals include:
- Increase student learning by teachers improving their assessment and reporting practices
- Increase school spirit.
- Increase parental communication and engagement.
