 LIBRARY HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS

Monday to Thursday   8:20 - 4:00
Friday  8:20 - 2:00

Please use the library respectfully.
  • Someone else may wish to read the book you have checked out; please return it by the due date. 
  • Other students and staff have chosen to work in the library because it is a quiet space; please talk quietly while working and use headphones for electronic devices.
  • You are welcome to have water in the library; other beverages and food are not allowed.

The loan period for most books is 2 weeks, but, if not needed by someone else, the books can be renewed.  Overdue fines are not charged, but borrowers are expected to pay for books they have damaged or lost.

The reference books and library laptops are to be used in the library.

LRSD provides access to exambank’s online practice tests for students taking Grade 9 and 12 courses. Ask one of the staff members or see the posters in the Den and the Library for the necessary username and password.
