In order to remain current, we have a need to learn as individuals and as an institution.  Staff Planning Days focus on learning in our three main objectives:  Math, Leader in Me and First Nations, Metis, Inuit programming.  All sessions include a portion where we recognize our own staff members' expertise.  They have the opportunity to bring ideas and begin the implementation of ideas as a whole staff.
