Ellie Elliott joined Livingstone Range School Division in 2002 as Associate Superintendent, Administration. Ellie has had a variety of experiences as an educator from teacher, consultant, coordinator to administrator in settings ranging from schools, district office to the ministry.
As Superintendent of Schools, Ellie is responsible for the overall functions of the Division. Ellie is pleased to work with all members of the team...the Board of Trustees, leadership teams and staff to meet the needs of our students.
One of the main roles of the Superintendent is to address the Board's priorities. The priorities for 2009-2010 are:
- to offer a broader range of high school programs
- to improve student junior high achievement in Mathematics and Science
- to improve First Nation, Metis and Inuit student success and achievement
- to improve parent and community involvement in decision making
Livingstone Range School Division values the support of its partners - parents, guardians, staff and community members and is committed to working together to serve our students.
